is a mobile catering service specializing in a Latin/Texas BBQ fusion cuisine, serving all of NJ from our Jersey shore location, to our north Jersey location that also covers Rockland County NY.

is our motto! We only use prime meats, and fresh ingredients! We cook all our foods with wood fire only!

YOU CAN TASTE THE FIRE IN EVERY BITE!

 

Our meats are slow smoked in our strategic mix of fruit woods like apple and pecan designed to hit the pallet with upfront notes of sweet apple pie and ripe cherries, and we combine the fruitwood with hickory or oak that ultimately finishes each bite with broader complexed notes of chocolate brownie and hints of Bacon. Your guests will not be leaving any time soon!

WHAT WE DO.

 

We cater house parties, events, weddings, fundraisers, breweries, and festivals. We will cater parties as small as 25 people and as large as 500 people. The smoker trailer is always an option to bring to house parties and events!
